A hands-on role for an engineer who wants to lead without leaving the build. You will own the delivery of production AI: agents, retrieval pipelines and LLM systems that run inside the business and get used every day.

The role

Roughly three quarters of the job is building. The rest is setting the architecture and direction for a small team as the function grows. You will work close to the executive team and ship work that people depend on.

What we are looking for

  • Strong software engineering behind you, with production AI you have shipped.
  • Hands-on with agents, RAG and LLM workflows on a major cloud platform.
  • Comfortable owning delivery and lifting the people around you.
