The opportunity

A contract opportunity for an Identity Architect to set direction across identity and access, turn a broad brief into a practical target state, and give delivery teams a clear path forward.

You will work across technology, security and business stakeholders, shape the architecture and standards, and stay close enough to delivery to resolve the hard design decisions as they come up.

What you'll own

Current and target state. Assess the identity landscape, define the target architecture and make the transition path clear.

Architecture standards. Set practical patterns across authentication, access, identity governance and the services that connect them.

Roadmap and decisions. Turn a broad mandate into sequenced work, with the trade-offs, dependencies and risks visible to the people funding and delivering it.

Design assurance. Work with delivery teams and partners to keep implementation aligned and resolve architecture questions quickly.

What you'll bring

• Identity and access architecture experience across a complex enterprise environment.

• Depth across authentication, access management, directories, federation and identity governance.

• The ability to work across security, infrastructure, applications and cloud teams without losing the end-to-end view.

• A consulting style that turns incomplete requirements into clear decisions and a roadmap people can use.

• Strong stakeholder communication, with enough technical depth to defend the architecture when challenged.
